Coach Jane brings energy, grit, and a whole lot of heart to every class she leads. A lifelong athlete and competitive spirit, Jane discovered CrossFit in 2016 and instantly connected with the combination of intensity, community, and purpose. After years of personal transformation — both mentally and physically — she decided to turn her passion into a profession.
With a background in functional fitness and a sharp eye for movement, Jane’s coaching style is both encouraging and technically sharp. Whether you’re walking into your first class or chasing a new PR, Jane meets you where you’re at and helps you push past limits you didn’t know you had.
Outside the gym, you’ll probably find her hiking, trying new recipes, or chasing down her golden retriever, Scout.
